How are your jewelry pieces made?
Each piece of jewelry is entirely handmade, using polymer clay baked in an oven to solidify it. Once cooled, they are coated with a layer of UV resin or matte varnish to protect them and give them their final appearance. Each creation is unique and made with care.

Are your creations mass-produced?
No! All my pieces are made in small quantities, or even as unique items. Some colors or patterns may not be reproduced identically — that's the charm of handmade craftsmanship.

How long does it take to create a piece of jewelry?
Depending on the complexity of the design, making a pair of earrings can take from 30 minutes to several hours, not counting baking and finishing time. Each piece receives all the attention it deserves!

What materials do you use for your jewelry?
My creations are made from polymer clay and fully coated with UV resin or matte varnish to provide lasting protection. The findings (hooks, rings, hoops) are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes, I mainly use stainless steel, which is suitable for sensitive skin. If you have specific allergies, please do not hesitate to contact me before placing your order.

Is polymer clay strong and durable?
Yes! Once baked and varnished, polymer clay is lightweight, resistant to everyday bumps, and retains its colors over time. You just need to follow a few simple care tips to enjoy your jewelry for a long time.

How do I care for my jewelry?
To preserve the brilliance of your jewelry:
- Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and cosmetics (put them on after your beauty routine) or other chemical products, as well as excessive heat.

- Store them in a pouch or box away from humidity.
- Clean them gently with a soft, dry cloth.

Can I wear my jewelry in the shower?
It is not recommended to wear your jewelry in the shower or in the sea to preserve its shine for as long as possible.

📦 Orders and Delivery

What are the delivery times?
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
- France: 2 to 4 business days
- European Union: 5 to 10 business days

Is delivery free?
Yes! Delivery is free for purchases over €50 in France and over €60 for the European Union.

Can I track my order?
Yes, an email with your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

🔄 Returns and Refunds

Can I return an item?
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are at your expense. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

What should I do if my jewelry is damaged upon receipt?
Contact me within 48 hours of receipt at lesfantaisiesdevalou@free.fr with a photo of the product. I will do my best to find a solution.

Do you make custom creations?
Yes! I am open to custom requests. Contact me via the Contact page to discuss your project, and I will provide you with a proposal.
